I purchased a 2006 Ford E250 that was supposed to be ready for me (paraplegic) to use, including hand controls and an extended warranty(on his web site it shows to include a 15,000 mile/12 month drive train warranty that he has never delivered on). It was also supposed to have 2 dock stations and an EZ lock, both of which had remnants of them but not the parts to make it function. Within the first 15 minutes of driving, the van almost caught on fire because the front brake calipers were locked up, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. There were also issues with the Braun wheel chair lift that has never been resolved. Their are numerous other issues with the van as well.
Ryan told me he had had the van 90 days. His manager Zack later told me he had had the van a couple of years. It turns out the title had been assigned to him in 2019!
On his web site it states that the vehicle has been through a 120 point inspection, which obviously had not happened. It turns out it was nothing but a series of lies.
If you read through Ryan Dulina's website, Vantastic Mobility, you see his "mission statement" about his injury and helping the disabled community. Don't believe a word of it.
At the same time I was taking delivery of this van, another handicapped person was also taking delivery of a Ford E250 2006 with 48k miles. He claimed this vehicle had been in North Carolina it's whole life. Turns out is was from the West coast of Florida and has severe rust issues. Muestra menos
